This project is a blended mini-course designed to support college students and early-career professionals in developing assertive communication skills in workplace environments.
The course focuses on helping learners navigate situations where saying “no” feels difficult due to social pressure, workplace dynamics, or cultural expectations.

Lifeway Scavenger Hunt: Know Your Company, Know Your Edge
This micro-course was designed to onboard new Lifeway Mobility employees by helping them explore the company’s website, product offerings, and market positioning through an interactive scavenger hunt format.
The course supports employees across roles: including sales, technicians, schedulers, and leadership, by building foundational knowledge needed for customer-facing success.

Integrating Technology Effectively in Online & Blended Learning
This project was a collaborative Canvas module designed to support instructors and learning designers in selecting and integrating educational technologies effectively in online and blended learning environments.
The module focuses on helping professionals make intentional, pedagogically aligned technology decisions, rather than selecting tools based on trends or convenience.

Cannabis Prevention Toolkit Website (CDPHE + CU Evaluation Center)
This project involved designing a public-facing website for the University of Colorado Evaluation Center (TEC) in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
The site supports a Cannabis Prevention Toolkit based on a rural Colorado prevention initiative, providing community leaders, educators, and organizations with structured, accessible guidance for prevention planning.
